Payment Options

Payments in the form of cash, check or credit are expected at each visit. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are acceptable forms of credit.

Please ask a member of our billing staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. They can be reached by calling 561-791-3452.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our billing manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We accept most HMO & PPO insurances and are Medicare Providers. We will attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
