The core of Jeet Kune Do comes with two words: simplicity and efficiency.
Xingyi Quan stands out for its solid, integrated power and fierce force.
The Bow Stance Punch is the most classic basic technique of Chinese martial arts and a core foundation skill shared by Changquan / Long Fist, Tai Chi / Taijiquan, and Hongquan.
Tai Chi is a treasure of Chinese martial arts passed down with a thousand-year history. It does not rely on explosive force but uses gentle movements to stretch muscles and regulate breath.
Martial arts are not for violence, but for self-protection and inner peace. Etiquette is the most direct expression of Wu De / Martial Virtue.
Martial Arts are more like a “moving body philosophy.” It is not simply a physical confrontation, but a perfect synthesis of ancient Eastern wisdom, geographical environment, and human physical potential.
True Chinese Kung Fu is far more than fighting and violence; it is more like a living history of civilization.
Bruce Lee was more than a star of action films. Through his distinctive martial arts philosophy and systematic framework, he propelled Chinese martial arts from traditional techniques onto the global cultural stage.
Only by holding fast to its roots while embracing the times can martial arts continue to thrive amid the wave of modernization, becoming an important cultural bond that connects China with the world and links tradition with the future.
Martial arts are not only about how to throw a punch, how to kick, and how to win; it is, more deeply, a form of Chinese wisdom concerning the body, the mind, and the way of conducting oneself.
PROJECTS & COOPERATION
AI & Baduanjin Program
The AI & Baduanjin Program is an innovative project that combines traditional health preservation exercises with AI motion capture technology.
As users practice, the AI system compares their movements against the model in real time, corrects errors, and outputs quantitative feedback such as joint angles and center of gravity deviation, working like a personal AI coach.
